Order process

Fill out the initial form with your information so we can get started. In the additional information section, please let us know what sport, and type of jerseys you are looking for. If you are wanting pants as well, include this information as well so we can get you accurate pricing. Also include if you are doing names on the back in addition to numbers, if you have specific sizes or placements for the logo and numbers.
Attach your team logo to the form in the file upload section. This allows us to get a mockup going for your.
We will reach out to you for additional information as needed.
Once your mockup is ready, we will send you a copy for your approval. You will receive you initial mockups in 2-3 business days. From here you can make revisions or approve.
Once mockups are approved, we will send over an order form that includes you approved artwork. Type in your rosters and email them back to us to put in the final order.
When we receive the order form, you will be invoiced for the order. Once we receive payment your order will be placed into the production run.

FULL SIZE SAMPLE (FSS)

Getting started with a Full Size Sample (FSS) is great for those who are planning ahead or need extra assurance. Starting with a full size sample eliminates room for error on all ends and can shave up to 2 weeks off of your production timeline

FSS stands for “Full Size Sample”. A FSS is a physical production sample of your approved design that is made for any new order before we produce your full order. It is also a part of your order. The purpose of the FSS is to show that the gear we are producing matches your approved mockups. When the FSS is ready, we will upload photos of the finished product(s) to your order form and notify you to request approval of the photos before we go into full production. We can even ship them to you if you wish.

Starting your FSS items BEFORE you place your full order leads to the smoothest experience and fastest timelines. It cuts up to 10 business days off of production timelines if done ahead of time. This is because we are eliminating steps ahead of the order. This ensures that everything is perfect so when you do order any potential questions / hiccups / approvals have already been handled. Especially with bigger groups and shorter timeframes, it makes sense to get this out of the way early. There are quite a few groups that take steps to do their FSS months in advance. There are others who may need to place their full order in the coming days but with every day critical you can get a jump on things starting FSS instead of burning all the extra time on the front end.

Yes, every NEW order has the default to make a full size sample for your (or your customers) approval. We will take the first item listed in your order form for each item and create an FSS and get your approval. However, if you are tight on time, you will have the option to skip this step (not recommended) to save yourself 3-5 days. IF you choose to skip the FSS Approval, we will do our best to produce the excellent results we are known for but ANY errors that would have been caught with production approval process would be the responsibility of the purchaser. Skipping FSS is at your own risk and highly discouraged.

If you want to have us ship the full size samples to you, this is easily done. You will be charged for shipping to send them, currently $55.
If you are unsure and would like to have the sample in hand to approve, this is the way to go.

Sizing kits are available for you to use to size up your players. There is a $100 deposit for youth sizing kits, and $125 for adult sizing kits. If you need both youth and adult sizes, a full run kit is available for a $200 deposit.

Once your order is submitted, simply return the sizing kit(s) to us and your deposit will be applied to your order balance.
